Terms: Terms are Net 30 with approved credit. Prior to credit approval, orders are shipped COD or Charge card basis. Visa, Mastercard, and American Express are accepted.

To open an account, please furnish 3 Trade Credit references and the name of your principle bank.

Minimum Orders: Initial order to open a new account is $500.00. Reorders are $100.00.

Prices: Prices on Brett-Austin price lists are Wholesale in US Dollars. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Shipments: All shipments are FOB Woodlawn, Maryland. Typical shipping time is 3 to 4 weeks. If faster shipping is required ,please request it on the order Form. We will do our best to honor the request. Most products can be shipped UPS, RPS(Fedex Ground) or DHL. All shipments beyond the requirements of these carriers must be shipped Motor Freight.

Back-orders: Any items that are back-ordered from an initial shipment will be shipped as soon as they are available without notice.. Any special requirements concerning back-orders should be noted on the initial order.

Returns/damages: Inspect all shipments immediately upon arrival. Any visible damage or losses should be noted with the carrier upon arrival in your premises. Report to UPS 1-800-pick-ups or RPS(fedex grnd) 1-800-762-3725. They will issue a Claim number.

Any concealed damage must be reported within 10 days to Brett-Austin Ltd.
No returns will be accepted without prior authorization from Brett-Austin Ltd.
